1 BOWL CHOCOLATE CAKE
Ingredients:
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup sugar
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 t baking powder
¼ t baking soda
¼ t salt
¾ cup skim milk
1 stick butter
1 T hazelnut syrup
1 egg
Instructions:
In a bowl, beat egg and melted butter with a whisk well.
Add in the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and ¼ teaspoon salt.
Add milk and hazelnut syrup.
I used spatula to beat until combined.
Pour into a greased and floured pan.
Bake in a 350°F preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes or till a tooth-pick inserted near the center comes out clean.
