When everything is lost,
you find...
God is The Only One
you need.
When everyone you love
is gone, you fear...
God is here, there,
everywhere.
He is the arm, stretching
out to hold you.
From all across the globe, reaching
out to comfort you.
He is all colors of the rainbow, rushing
to your side.
He is the One, bloodied,
drenched to the bone, shivering.
He is the one, lost and alone
with fearful eyes, searching.
He is The One, holding your hands, saying,
Thank You,
for “I was thirsty, and you gave me to drink.
I was hungry, and you gave me to eat.”
